55% of Sites found to have Compliance Risks

The VBA Plumbing Inspectors conducted 1476 VBA Plumbing Inspections during Q1 of FY22/23, of which a staggering 824 sites (55%) had moderate to high compliance risks identified.

As a building consultant that primarily specializes in defects and building disputes, I am not surprised by this recent statistic.

As a builder, you are only as good as your trades. A builder must take full responsibility for all his trades and contactors. Relationships are everything in the building game!
